PMC Classes On Hold Due to COVID-19
In light of the unfolding pandemic, we have canceled all of our spring classes and we have not yet scheduled classes for the summer or fall. We cannot, at this time, predict when it will be safe to hold classes again. We are anxiously awaiting instructions from our federal, state, and local officials, and plan to follow all guidelines and rules, as they are set forth, regarding gatherings of people, business re-openings, etc. In the meantime...

Vice Talks with Camas Davis About Honing Her Message
The title of this Vice article is a little sensational: "This Ex-Vegetarian is Teaching Portland How to Slice Up Cows." Camas doesn't actually teach any of the PMC's beef classes, she hires other people to teach them, and only about once or twice a year. And "slicing up cows" seems a little dramatic. But it's Vice after all, and it's a good article other than that.
